Acura’s Digital Instrument Cluster

How to Use Your Acura's Digital Instrument Cluster?

Acura allows every driver to personalize their experience at the wheel with a digital instrument cluster - among many other features. This Acura technology keeps you attuned to your driving habits and your vehicle's health, all while allowing you to choose what vehicle information you would like displayed, from navigation to tire pressure to oil levels. If you're still working your way around your Acura's digital instrument cluster, allow Erin Mills Acura to remove some of the guesswork with this step-by-step guide to using it.

Right-Side Information

For starters, you'll find all your key driver information on the right side of your Acura digital gauge cluster, including warning messages, a trip computer, and maintenance messages. Roll the selector wheel on the right side of your steering wheel to scroll through these messages, and if certain messages require a bit of explaining, you'll find further details by moving your selector wheel to the left or right.

Left-Side Information

The left side of your Acura digital instrument cluster displays everything related to your current ride, including the gear you're in, your current choice of Integrated Dynamics System drive mode, and media and communication information. If your Acura comes with a head-up display, your media and communication details will be shown there instead. Your steering wheel's left selector wheel allows you to navigate and select from your lineup of available apps, and you can always move the wheel to the left or right to change radio stations, take phone calls, or skip songs.

If ever you change your Integrated Dynamics System's setting to suit your driving conditions, the change will show up on your digital cluster display with every turn of the IDS knob, with each mode getting its own unique gauge display. You can also customize this Acura technology's layout by scrolling to your gauge settings with the right-side selector wheel, after which you can choose from Advanced and Crafted designs for a personalized experience.
