The 2020 Acura RDX A-Spec Features and Specs
Alongside an array of comforts and conveniences already featured in the 2020 RDX base trim, the A-Spec package includes a stunning set of 20-inch wheels, more aggressive front and rear fascias, larger tips for its dual exhaust outlets, and gloss black accents for the headlights, taillights, grille, window trim, and side sills.
The A-Spec trim interior adds more distinctive details to the cabin, such as white and red gauges, perforated leather on the steering wheel, larger steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, metal accelerator and brake pedals, and dark-tinted brushed aluminum trim.
The RDX A-Spec is built with a turbocharged 2.0 L 4-cylinder engine for an exhilarating drive. Front-wheel drive comes standard, but all-wheel-drive is available. Dubbed Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD), the RDX’s all-wheel-drive system delivers up to 70% of its power to the back axle, as well as to each individual rear wheel.
Navigation, GPS linked dual-zone automatic climate control, and two available premium ELS Studio systems are standard in the A-Spec trim. Every RDX comes standard with advanced safety features that include a forward-collision warning system with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, and automatic high-beam headlights. Yet, the A-Spec also includes a blind-spot monitor, a rear cross-traffic alert system, and front and rear parking sensors for added safety.
